Requires Documentation Change

While building a strategy with the Assistants, they were running into the SecurityPriceZeroOrderResponseError for PTGI UXNL6T9PD9WL and PBFX VQDGKZCXPGF9, which have open data issues filed. As a last resort, the agents should guard the orders with these assets to avoid throwing errors instead of asking the operator how to proceed.
